We have been quietly offering virtual ISP (VISP) services for nearly a decade. You probably don't know it but you may have already encountered ISP's that use our VISP services. And this is the way our VISP customers like it. VISP services are about being able to deliver internet services using YOUR BRAND. Highway 1 delivers connectivity to your customers but remains in the background.

Program details
The Virtual Internet Service Provider (VISP) Program is designed for businesses that wish to sell internet services using their own brand but do not want to own or operate any network infrastructure. This enables you to offer internet services without high start-up costs or experienced network personnel. If you would like to deliver services using some of your own network equipment please see our Wholesale Program.
Highway 1 provides you with an end to end service where we assist you in selecting your plans and provide you with access to our online Portal tools to manage and grow your customer base. What's best is that it is all delivered as your own brand!
We have a flexible range of services you can retail, including:>
- National Broadband (ADSL, ADSL2+, Naked and Phone Bundles)
- Symmetric Broadband (SHDSL)>
- 3G Wireless
- Metro Ethernet
- National dial-up ports
The Virtual ISP program is designed for small businesses and so setup and ongoing costs are affordable. We can generally have you up and running in weeks, not months. If you already have an existing broadband subscriber base we can help make the transition as seamless as possible.
Plans can be custom designed to incorporate different shaping tiers, excess usage, on-peak/off-peak times, peering allowances to either PIPE or WAIX, custom authentication realms, reverse DNS and much more.
VISP partners are expected to have an average of five new connections per month (or 60 per annum) to retain this level of partnership status.
VISP Portal
Each VISP partner has access to a comprehensive online portal to manage their customer base. Features include new service qualifcations, customer management (traffic, passwords, IP addresses, kick, disable, authentication history, connection history), overall customer shaping/traffic/status reporting, service relocation and cancellations.
