Highway 1 provide on-site and remote general IT support including:
  • Basic computer maintenance
  • Printer set up and installation
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Computer setup and parts installation
  • Basic network configuration and troubleshooting

  • All prices are GST Inclusive.
  • Time is charged in 15 minute increments.
  • Remote support includes remote administration and phone support.
  • Weekends & Public Holidays attract After Hours rates.
  • Where a customer is outside the metro area of an Australian capital city an hourly rate of $50/hr will be charged for each hour of travel.
  • The specified rates are applicable to labour only and excludes any hardware charges (where applicable).
  • If a customer requires a maximum 1 hour onsite response (excludes remote support) a surcharge of 50% will be applied to the hourly rate.
