Phone Line Rental & Calls
As part of the application process you will need transfer the existing phone line into Highway1. You will receive a single bill from Highway 1 for your ADLS2 internet and phone calls. Your phone line rental is included with the monthly plan price. Alternatively you can elect to receive a new phone line installed at your premises FREE of charge. Broadband Speeds
Highway 1 cannot guarantee that you will receive a certain speed. That is why we specify "Up to". Speed is typically affected by:
- Distance from the telephone exchange.
- The number and type of other services on the line.
- Your phone line quality of the copper pair between the exchange and the your premises .
- Your hardware (specifically modem).
- The capacity and current load of the server or website you are accessing.
